Marcie Smolin is a Coach and the Director and a founding member of The Actors Circle, LLC. She began her acting career as a child actor. Marcie has been a series regular on two TV series as well as guest starring in numerous television shows. In addition to acting Marcie was a stand-up comic for 13 years appearing on numerous stand-up shows including An Evening at the Improv, Girls Night Out, Later NBC as well as a primetime NBC comedy Special . She toured the country for many years appearing regularly in Vegas. Marcie has also appeared in more television commercials than she cares to count.
She received her Bachelors Degree in Theatre Arts and her Masters Degree in screenwriting. Marcie has been coaching both children and adults for over 17 years. Marcie first began working with Kevin McDermott over 17 years ago at Center Stage LA. After leaving for several years to work as a performer, Marcie returned to coaching 6 years ago. Many of her current and past students are appearing as series regulars and in feature films.
Marcie continues to work as a performer, though coaching actors is her first love. She feels that by continuing to work as a performer, she can bring all the current trends of the industry into the workshop.
Marcie is one of the founding members of the Actors Circle, LLC . The Actors Circle is a collaboration that will continue to grow and offer a supportive environment for both child actors and adults.

Kathleen Tepley was raised in Minnesota where she earned her CAM certification from the Multi Housing Association of America. She spent 12 years managing multi-property locations for Susee & Lee Associates and Metes and Bounds Management Company. Kathleen did the overseeing of management for several upper class professional rental unit properties. Kathleen served 7 years on the Board of Directors for the Sylvan Shores Property Association, 5 of those years as Vice President. She took an active role in rewriting the Association's bylaws and restrictive covenants. During her term she was able to change management plans for the association and bring it into a financially thriving resort living and home association and community.
In January of 1997, Kathy left Minnesota and came to Los Angeles to help her children pursue an education and career in the entertainment field of television and film. She tends to her home in Los Angeles along with managing her consultant and management business. Kathleen has been active during her 10 years in Los Angeles in management 6 of those years at the former Center Stage LA and 3 years for an industry Law firm for adults in the industry.
In her spare time she shares many volunteer hours as an ambassador to the California Chapter for The Arthritis Foundation. Her interests include reading, music, and movies. She also has a creative hand in the development of her children's careers.
